Essential information for planning your stay

These practical details will help you arrive relaxed and prepare for your time at Lake Weissensee.

Arrival and departure

• Check-in: from 3:00 pm
• Early check-in: from 11:30 am, by prior arrangement and for €35
• Check-out: by 10:30 am
• Late check-out: until 1:00 pm, by prior arrangement and for €35

Breakfast

The breakfast buffet is served daily from 8:00 to 10:00 am in the Seestüberl; in suitable weather, breakfast is available on the terrace above the lake. The selection includes egg dishes as well as sweet, savoury and seasonal produce, including items from the region.

Visitor’s tax

The local visitor’s tax is charged separately: €3.00 per day for guests aged 16 and over, €1.50 for children and young people aged 6 to 15; children up to age 5 are exempt. Arrival and departure together count as one day.

Wi-Fi and housekeeping

Wi-Fi is free and is switched off between 10:30 pm and 6:00 am. To conserve resources, rooms are normally cleaned every second day, usually in the morning. Daily housekeeping is available on request at no extra charge.

Travelling with a dog

Well-behaved dogs can be accommodated by prior arrangement. The nightly pet fees are €20 for one dog and €10 for an additional dog. For hygiene reasons, dogs are not permitted in the breakfast room. See our holidays with dogs page for full details.

Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. For a later cancellation or early departure, 80% of the booked room price may be charged. We recommend considering suitable travel cover.
