Breakfast with a lake view

Every day from 8:00 to 10:00 am, the Seestüberl fills with the aroma of fresh bread and coffee. Homemade vegan savoury spreads and fruit preserves share the buffet with cereals, fruit, vegetables, plant-based alternatives, cheese and other vegetarian specialities.

We favour regional, seasonal and organic produce. When the garden has something to offer, our own herbs and vegetables also find their way to the breakfast table. In fine weather, enjoy it all on the terrace above the lake.

Homemade in small batches

We prepare our fruit preserves and vegan savoury spreads in our own kitchen. The selection follows the season and the harvest. When our garden supplies fruit, herbs or vegetables, they inspire small batches and changing combinations.

It gives breakfast a personal signature, from each carefully filled jar to the moment you enjoy it at the table overlooking Lake Weissensee.
