As a rule, you can cancel your booking with us free of charge if this is done up to 14 days before your arrival. Unfortunately, we can only waive cancellation fees for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival if we succeed in re-letting the room(s) immediately. If this is not possible, we will have to charge up to 80% of the booked accommodation. The same applies in the event of late arrival or early departure.
Accordingly, ALLIANZ TRAVEL offers you the opportunity to insure yourself in this case - with ALLIANZ TRAVEL travel protection.
The travel cover takes effect if illness, death, accident or serious damage to property (house or flat) prevents your booked trip at short notice, i.e. less than 14 days before your arrival.
